How To Check Helpdesk Ticket Status
1. Once logged in to the helpdesk the following screen should display.
2. Please select the 3 bars in the top left corner, this will open the menu.
3. Once the menu is open, please select "Tickets"
4. This will redirect you to all your tickets. Please ensure the view is set to "All Tickets" as shown below.
5. The status of the ticket is shown on the right hand side. As shown below, you will see this change as the status updates. To see the full status hover your cursor over the status box - see below
